Collection Counters

Who are we? Parishioners at St. James generously contribute their financial resources to the operations and mission of our parish family. Behind the scenes are detail-oriented people who carefully count and organize the weekly collections for the parish.
What we do The Collection Counter team comprises two groups of men and women who meet and diligently account for all our collections. Each member of the team brings with them their gifts of financial literacy, experience, and service.

Apart from weekend Mass collections, the collection counters count all other income generated through the sale of sacramentals and special events. They verify all envelopes and make deposits to the bank.
Meetings Each Monday between 10:00 am, and 12:00 pm, a group of dedicated volunteers gather to count and deposit the offerings collected at all weekend Masses.
